AI-X-Crypto-Privacy-Policy
Privacy Policy
Developer: A J SAVALIYA
1. About this policy
A J SAVALIYA (“we,” “us” or “our”) provides USDT Cloud Mining: AI-X Crypto (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains the information processed through the App, why it is used, when it is shared, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to the App and support communications with us. External services and websites have their own privacy notices.
2. Information we process
The information involved depends on the feature you use, your sign-in choice, permissions, advertising choices and enabled services.
| Category | Information and circumstances | Why it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Guest and account identifiers | A guest or account user ID and authentication/session information. Guest mode can still involve a persistent app identifier. | Maintain sessions, associate progress with the correct user, and prevent account misuse. |
| Sign-in profile | When you link an account, information provided by the sign-in service, such as email, display name, provider identifier and profile image, according to the access you authorize. | Authenticate you, display your profile and recover linked app data. |
| Simulation and preferences | Virtual balances, session activity, selected durations, virtual boosters, digital entitlements, language and notification preferences. | Operate simulation features and retain or synchronize your settings and progress. |
| Purchases | Product or subscription identifier, purchase token, purchase status, transaction reference and entitlement or renewal information received through Google Play. | Validate purchases, unlock digital features, restore eligible purchases and handle support requests. |
| Device and service information | App and OS versions, device characteristics, language, country or region settings, IP address, installation identifiers, and service or diagnostic information generated when connecting to app services. | Service delivery, compatibility, configuration, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. |
| Advertising information | Ad requests, impressions, clicks, video interactions, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP-derived approximate location and SDK diagnostics when advertising services run. | Serve and measure ads, manage frequency, detect invalid traffic and, where permitted, personalize advertising. |
| Notifications | Push delivery tokens, app installation identifiers and notification preferences. Delivery or interaction metrics depend on enabled notification features. | Route app notifications and honor notification settings. |
| Support messages | Your email address, message contents, and any information you choose to provide to support. | Answer questions, resolve issues and verify and fulfill privacy requests. |
Information may be saved on your device or processed by the service providers described below. General location inferred from an IP address is different from precise GPS location.
3. How information is used
- Provide the virtual dashboard, session controls, settings and account functions.
- Save and retrieve progress and digital entitlements.
- Authenticate linked accounts and validate purchase or rewarded-ad events.
- Deliver notifications according to your preferences.
- Operate advertising and record applicable privacy choices.
- Diagnose service issues, prevent abuse and respond to support or privacy requests.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.
4. Service providers and sharing
Data needed for a feature is processed by the provider supporting that feature. Our proposed service disclosures are:
| Provider or service | Role and relevant processing |
|---|---|
| Firebase Authentication | Guest or linked authentication, user IDs and account records needed for the selected sign-in method. |
| Firebase Realtime Database | Storage and synchronization of app records sent by the App. Requests can include an authenticated user ID and service connection information. |
| Firebase Cloud Messaging and Remote Config | Notification routing and app configuration using installation, app, platform and regional information as required by the enabled service. |
| Google sign-in and identity services | Authenticate an account you choose to link and provide the profile information authorized in that flow. |
| Google Play | Purchase processing, entitlement information, subscription restoration and app update services. |
| Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and UMP | Advertising, ad measurement, invalid-traffic prevention and collection of advertising privacy choices where applicable. |
| Meta Audience Network, if enabled for an ad | Ad delivery and measurement through mediation. Confirm the actual Meta SDK data flows and active mediation configuration before publishing this entry. |
Provider information: Firebase privacy and security, Firebase Android data disclosures, Google Privacy Policy, Google Mobile Ads data disclosures, and Meta Privacy Policy.
Advertising providers may process information for their own advertising and measurement purposes, as described in their notices. Depending on applicable law, these disclosures may constitute sharing for targeted advertising.
We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with a lawful request, protect users or the App from abuse, or complete a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
5. Advertising and privacy choices
When ads are served, advertising services can process device or advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic information. Non-personalized advertising can still require data for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention or frequency limits.
Where required, we request and record your advertising privacy choices before the relevant processing. Google’s User Messaging Platform can provide this choice flow. You can review applicable consent choices using the App’s privacy-options control and manage advertising ID settings through Android.
If you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, an ad-completion event may be used to grant a virtual booster or other digital feature. A virtual reward has no monetary value and does not represent a cryptocurrency payout.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Google Play processes payments for eligible in-app purchases and subscriptions. We use purchase and entitlement records to provide digital features and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive the full payment-card number or security code entered into Google Play.
Manage or cancel a subscription using Google Play’s subscription controls. Removing the App or requesting account deletion does not, by itself, cancel a Google Play subscription. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
7. Permissions and device choices
You can control notification permission in Android Settings and use the notification preference shown in the App. Declining notifications can prevent alerts from appearing; it does not necessarily stop other service processing described in this policy.
You can manage other permissions granted to the App through Android Settings. Network connections support authentication, synchronization, ads and other online features. Any additional sensitive access must be explained when it is requested.
Clearing app storage removes locally stored information and may erase guest progress. Uninstalling the App does not automatically erase account records stored on servers.
8. Retention and storage
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy and only as long as it is needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the record:
- Account and simulation records: retained to maintain your profile and progress, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed or when a verified deletion request is fulfilled, subject to disclosed exceptions.
- Purchase records: retained as necessary to administer entitlements and meet accounting, dispute or legal obligations.
- Support and security records: retained as needed to resolve requests and investigate abuse or disputes.
- Provider records: retention is also affected by the relevant provider’s service terms and our configuration.
9. Request account or data deletion
To request deletion of your App account and associated personal data, email alpeshsavaliya1221@gmail.com with the subject “AI-X Crypto account deletion.” You may also request deletion of specific data without deleting the entire account.
- Include the App name and the account email or guest UID shown in your profile, if available.
- Describe whether you want the entire account deleted or only particular information.
- We may request the minimum additional information needed to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send a password, private key, seed phrase or complete payment-card information.
Following verification, we will remove the account and associated personal data under our control, including relevant profile and simulation records, and arrange deletion by service providers processing those records on our behalf. Necessary exceptions for legal requirements, security or disputes will be explained, including their retention periods.
Google or another independent provider may retain records under its own obligations. Deleted or de-identified records cannot be used to restore your previous profile. If you use guest mode, retain your UID before clearing app storage to help us locate the correct records.
#delete-account section can serve as the external request resource if it remains accessible and the request process works. Add the response timeframe from your retention schedule.10. Other privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Contact us using the details below to exercise an applicable right. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. You may also have a right to contact your local data-protection authority.
11. Security and international processing
We use appropriate access restrictions and secure connections to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in support requests.
Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards must support those transfers.
Publisher verification: confirm secure transport across the complete app and backend, database access rules, administrative access controls, hosting regions and applicable transfer arrangements. The presence of an SDK alone does not verify the App’s security.
12. Children’s privacy
If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so that we can investigate and take action as required by applicable law.
13. Policy updates
We may revise this policy when the App’s features, service providers, data practices or applicable requirements change. The updated policy will show its revision date. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required for a material change.
